Carthage

Carthage is a neighborhood located nine miles north of downtown Cincinnati. It was incorporated as a village in 1868 and sits just north of Elmwood Place. Carthage is home to the Hamilton County Fair which is the oldest continuous fair in the State of Ohio. With 2,733 residents, Carthage is the 31st largest neighborhood in the City.
